The challenge

A B2B industrial equipment company needed full multilingual SEO across three markets simultaneously — Turkish for the home market, English for international reach, and German for DACH-region buyers. Each language version needed its own keyword strategy, product page optimisation, and technical SEO foundation, all without creating duplicate-content conflicts between subdomains.

The approach

StepWhat I did
Keyword research per marketSeparate keyword sets for TR, EN, and DE based on local buyer intent, not direct translation — German industrial buyers search differently than Turkish ones.
Product page structureTemplated product pages with consistent metadata logic, structured specifications, and conversion-aware copy across all three languages.
Category optimisationCategory-level meta titles, descriptions, and intro content aligned to each market's primary keyword cluster.
Hreflang implementationReciprocal hreflang annotations across all three language versions, with self-referencing canonicals to avoid duplicate-content penalties.
Technical SEO foundationSitemaps per language, internal linking maps between language versions, schema markup at product and organisation level.
Content strategyOn-page metadata optimised for each market's search behaviour, with technical and trust signals (ISO and CE references) preserved per language.

The result

4,726 total organic clicks and 681 indexed pages across all three markets, measured in Google Search Console. The German subdomain showed a 425% impression lift on key product pages within the same reporting window — driven by structured content, technical SEO, and keyword targeting tuned to the German B2B buying journey.

All three language versions index cleanly with no hreflang conflicts or duplicate-content flags. Product pages rank for both branded and unbranded queries in their respective markets.
